We offer FREE shipping on all applicable* U.S. orders. Delivery times depend on where you are in the U.S. If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost based on the delivery zip code. Please review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Lino shipment.

  • Make sure your address is correct before you complete your order as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but it is missing or stolen, then please contact team@linocosmetics.com within 3 days of your shipment's delivery for assistance.
  • We are unable to cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.

We’re passionate about skincare and want you to love your purchase! Our customer service team is made up of real people who are flexible, accommodating, and ready to assist you. If you’re not completely satisfied after your purchase, we accept returns of both used and unused products within 14 days. We offer a full refund of the original order.
